1. Returns

We accept returns only if the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not applicable for digital products, customized services, or downloadable content.


3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at shabanaz160622@gmail.com.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at shabanaz160622@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital downloads

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Services already rendered

  • Gift cards
